    Join us at North Shore Park (across from North Shore Middle School) for outdoor yoga. This is a 60 minute Hatha yoga style class with breath work, movement, and stillness.

    Tuesdays @ 5:30pm & Saturdays @ 9am

    Starting June 3, at OsteoStrong Lake Country: learn how to safely and effectively use yoga on your healing journey. Suitable for those with osteopenia and osteoporosis. Understand how to heal your body & strengthen your bones using beneficial practices.

    Up-level your health and healing by practicing in the privacy of your own home. Together we work to create a specified asana for your body and tailored practice for your mind.
