Equipment always gives us more variety and options, however, it’s not always a necessity. I will assess you where you’re at and give recommendations based on your individual needs. I also have a variety of equipment on hand. If you happen to have your own gym equipment, I can develop fitness programs for you that are convenient, customized, and creative.

Consistency is your best friend. I’m here for you every step of the way, taking out any guesswork getting from point A-B in the name of efficiency. The average time to see results can be anywhere from 8-15 weeks depending on how many times per week you train. We’ll reassess over time, and make adjustments along the way. As long as you’re adhering to your prescribed program, you will see and feel the results associated to focusing on the me in ME Method.

I’m flexible! I mostly travel within Waukesha County, with some availability to travel to Milwaukee County.

Your first visit is $50 and 30-45 minutes in length. During this session, you can expect: body assessment, nutrition assessment, setting up your goals, & brief paperwork—yay!
